Katherine is a skilled and strategic negotiator and has a strong record of resolving disputes through mediation and settlement conferences. She is highly qualified in running liability claims to trial, and has done so to appellate level, including special leave to appeal to the High Court. She has also advised on and prepared matters for inquests.
